Breed: Arab x Saddlebred. Palomino.
I came to Wildwoods in 2014 with a group of ten horses that Anthea bought from a man who kept us in a field at Redhill. He liked to collect horses, but we were living as a herd and hadn’t been handled much. I had a beautiful, coloured palomino and white colt foal who was sold and went on to win showing classes. Here we are looking over the gate when we first arrived. I was once trained to go Western, but hadn’t been ridden for a while. Tracy, one of Anthea’s freelance instructors, took me to a Western weekend a couple of times at Plumpton College in Sussex which I enjoyed I also won several rosettes. I was also dressed up for Anthea’s Open Afternoon in side saddle and Spanish dress to celebrate Wildwood’s 40th anniversary.
I enjoy hacking in all the open country around here and we can go to lots of different places. Here I am on Epsom Downs and below on Headley Heath and looking at the view from Box Hill on a picnic ride.
