Candy joined our team in April 2018. She came from Julia Martin’s yard at Bolney, Sussex where we have purchased many horses over the years.
She settled straight into the job and became the perfect riding school all-rounder!
Candy went to Liphook in December 2025 for an mri scan due to a right fore lameness. She was found to have a small crack in her lateral cartilage. After resting the winter she was still not sound so it was decided to try to put her in foal to the beautiful palomino Tubertelly Monty. We are now expecting the patter of tiny hooves in April! We are hoping that after a prolonged rest being a mum she might be sound enough to return to work.
