Breed: Grey tobiano gelding
I used to be blue roan and white (hence the name), but am getting lighter over the years. I’ve been at Wildwoods since I was 4 and I’ve competed at the Pony Club field and won lots of rosettes for jumping. I’m a steady hack and help to give the nervous riders a bit of confidence and will do a nice dressage test. I go Western as well.
I went to an Indian wedding at Epsom Grandstand and they dressed me up! Just look at the pictures! I also met ‘Generous’. Anthea said that he was the 1991 Epsom Derby winner. I wasn’t sure what to make of him!
Anthea came back from India with a hand crafted weddding set for me. It hasa burgundy velvet saddle cover, silver peacocks on the crupper and a silver bridle with a plume. Won’t I look handsome! I also worked with a Harris hawk for Wildwoods’ 40th Anniversary celebration and Open Afternoon lat year. The bird flew onto Ngaio’s arm. I didn’t mind a bit. The hawk belonged to Hawk on the Wild Side who brought along their beautiful birds for everyone to meet.
