Either give us a call so we can take your details down or print out the application form you
can download from here and post it to us.

How we book you in

Wildwoods has been at the heart of a two year development programme to build the industry standard riding centre system. It allows us to manage our clients more effectively.

A new client

New Clients

1) When you first call to enquire we will ask to take a few basic details.
2) This is enough info for us to be able enter you into a lesson on the computer.
3) When you arrive for your first lesson we would ask that you arrive 15 minutes early, so we can complete your details on our computer, sign a New Client form and then fit a hat.
4) Payments have to be made before you ride, either cash or cheque

Terms and Conditions

A full set of terms and conditions for our yard are provided to all new clients when you first sign up with us.

It details your agreement with us for everything from bookings to cancellations. Please make sure you read them as they are very important.
